If you have a spouse on your medical plan, they will also need to:
Due 12/15/2021 in order to earn your 2022 wellness subsidy.
If you are a new hire, you will start at the base rate for medical premiums and then once you (and spouse if they are on the medical plan with you):
then you will earn your wellness subsidy the first paycheck of the following month.
