Employees and/or Spouses joining Appriss medical will have 90 days from the start of their medical coverage to complete the Newly Eligible Wellness Program. During the 90 day period participates will receive the Wellness Subsidy and avoid the Tobacco Surcharge. After these 90 days those who complete the program will continue receiving these incentives through the 2019 year. Failure to complete the program will result in a loss of the Wellness Subsidy and an addition of the Tobacco Surcharge.
